​My work is grounded in a nervous system–informed, neurodiversity-affirming approach that focuses on sustainable, real-life change.

Rather than only focusing on insight or symptom reduction, we look at the patterns shaping your daily life — including sleep, movement, environment, relationships, and routines — and make practical, individualized adjustments that support your brain and nervous system.

This work often includes a mix of:

  • understanding your nervous system patterns

  • building regulation and capacity over time

  • making realistic lifestyle shifts that reduce stress and overwhelm

  • integrating past work into how you actually live day to day

 

Some clients want focused support around a specific area. Others are looking for deeper integration and ongoing change. We move at a pace that works for your nervous system.
